Amazing experience -- made dropping cash on repairs for my beloved Toby (my BMW's name ) more rewarding. They gave me an AMAZING loaner (M50 i4 all electric masterpiece) without me even asking for it and took amazing care of my car. Did a great job. Graciano Perez was my service rep and gave me very helpful infirmarion to make my repair decisions and was a pleasure to work with. I'm a customer for life for sure. We are a family of BMW owners with three cars in our fleet. All vehicles were purchased from this dealership and it has been a great experience from A to Z. The service department is what sets this place apart from other dealerships in my experience. We have had Alphonso Q. as our representative for the last 6 years and he has treated us like family. Unlike my past experiences with service dealerships he is honest and tells us exactly what is going on with our cars and the best and most cost efficient way to handle repair or service. My parents are senior citizens and it feels good to know that when they have car issues that they will be handled with respect and care. I would and have highly recommended this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car.
